Everything! Warm welcome from Barbara, fantastic room with sea view, comfy bed and room spotlessly clean. The tuck shop was very well-stocked. Location was fabulous, right on the beach. Ideal for walking South West Coast Path.

Fabulous views of the sea! The accommodation is clean comfortable with a nice shower and separate toilet. The balcony overlooks the sea and was lovely to sit outside with a glass of wine

The view from the room is amazing.
Room 2 is small for two adults and a teenager. It is very basic and worn out. Bathrooms floor tiles are cracked and the whole room is in need of a deep clean. The telly is very small, the room itself is not confortabile and welcoming.
