Personalisation of the visit. Angela the great host went above and beyond Mac long our visit memorable.

The rooms were perfect . Large sized and generous. The location was ideal for looking at the Historic sites of Rome.

Very comfortable bed and large room and bathroom. The location was great and so were the staff.

My friend and I had originally booked a twin/ double room for 26-28. We then organised directly with Milena to stay on 25th but on the day of our arrival, we were informed that a room for 25/9 was not available, leaving my friend and I having to find alternative accommodation for that night. I then discovered that I had inadvertently booked another room for 26-29 Sept. my mistake but when I asked if I could cancel, the response was a definite no. I SATYRD FOR 2 of the 3 nights and on the third morning, even though I had paid for that night, the manager wanted me to vacate at 10 am so room could be cleaned .
