We were upgraded when we arrived to the deluxe suite and it was a beautiful, clean room, with a really comfortable bed. Great value for money. Bed was made fresh every day and bathroom toiletries, which were basic (shower gel and shampoo), were restocked every day too. Reda was our host and super helpful. You can ask him anything and he's incredibly generous with his time and effort. Very trustworthy riad manager. The riad is beautifully decorated - very much in keeping with the traditional, authentic style. It's like staying at a family's home and you get treated like family too. The rooms were quiet and had AC, the wifi was super strong so I could work on Zoom calls while I was there. On our last day, we had to leave very early and Reda woke up to give us a packed breakfast he had prepared the night before and said goodbye.

The riad was in an excellent location in the centre of the old city, but the streets to get to it often smelt bad. This did not transfer at all to the experience in the riad however, which was exceptionally clean.

Great staff/service, great location, very good value for money, good breakfast and average room. We had a very good time here during our 3 night stay. The service standards here is excellent. Reda was our go-to person for everything and he explained us the layout of the Medina so well that we didn't need a guide to visit all the places. We didn't meet Fatima but she was always available over WhatsApp and helped us for our travel beyond Fez.

Our room was old and cramped. Our room was on the top floor, it was quite a hike through those narrow stairs but on the flipside, we had easy access to their rooftop terrace for nice views! Wi-fi was patchy.

A lovely stay within the Medina. Wonderfully comfortable room and even more welcoming staff team! Fantastic breakfast each morning. This house is simply a work of art and I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Location was great, very quiet and very close to a main street in the Madina and less than 10 minutes from the Blue Gate. The manager was fantastic and sat down and explained everything about Fes and marked our map with all the things to see and gave us some restaurant suggestions and also helped us organise a private car to drive us to Rabat. The Rad is beautiful and felt very safe and secure and our room was very clean and large and the heater worked really well in January. The breakfast was great including pancakes, croissants, jam, honey, fresh juice, tea and coffee, more than you can possibly eat. Great views from the rooftop.
