We stayed here for 10 days in late September to early October. The communication with both Carlo and Maria was excellent. The property is in the perfect location if you want to be surrounded by restaurants and bars and within two minutes from the beach. The bed was comfortable and the shower excellent two of the main requirements for a stay. Our whole stay while in the apartment was confined to the balcony which was like an outside living room. The kitchen area was adequate for preparing breakfast and making tea and coffee which is all we needed. We would have extended our stay if the price of cancelling and rebooking flights hadn't been so expensive.

If you read the specifications you will see that Carlo warns of occasional noise from the pubs and restaurants nearby. We didn't find that a problem, it is the trade off for the location and even at weekends was quiet by 11pm or thereabouts. I could think of other little things if I tried but that is the same anywhere you stay and nothing worth thinking about.

Fantastic! a terrace truly overlooking the beach. The apartment is beautiful, well-maintained, spotless, and equipped with everything you need. The view is spectacular, and the location is simply unbeatable. We will definitely come back!

central location, lots of space, big terrace to work and drink glass of wine. kitchen has all you need to make dinner or breakfast, good thai restaurant downstairs.

old bed matress, when people go for vacation they want to at least sleep on a normal bed, not the one that moves if you turn on another side while sleaping. old furniture, bad smell from bathroom, need renovation for sure. dont choose if you want silence, location is very noisy at night/evening and all day.
