The hotel is well maintained, our room was super clean and the bed extremely comfortable. All toiletries were available and nice view from the balcony on Arunachala. The breakfast and dinner at the restaurant were very yummy - but very few desert were available.
The location on booking is completely wrong. The hotel is actually 3/4 km away from the main temple and when we raised this with reception they said ‘sorry’ that’s it.
We booked massage via the hotel and I had to pay the entire amount for 60 min massage despite the massage lady came 10 min late and I found that unfair. Again, when raised the only answer we got is ‘it doesn’t depend on us, nothing we can do’

I didn't expect swimming pool facility in Thiruvannamalai. My son loves enjoying pool. After an exceptional Dharshan on Pournami day at Annamalaiyar Temple we had good rest and my son enjoyed warm swimming pool.
When I had to go out I couldn't take a key with me as there was only one room key provided. My husband was sleeping in the room. I didn't want to disturb him. But I had to because of only one key. I would suggest the facility to provide 2 keys

They had some sewage issues and due this the room was stinking. Though they changed the room but the problem was persisting
