Excellent host, communication was brilliant, check in easy and quick - location central.

Nico, the host, was fantastic: kind, friendly, helpful, and attentive. Working with him was absolutely delightful. Nico's level of hospitality is unparalleled! We reached out to him late one evening from a nearby town because we were unable to get a taxi, and the trains stopped running at 10:30 PM. He called a friend of his, who is a private driver, to retrieve us and return us safely to our room. Who does that? Nico does. I almost don't want to mention that he took us to Bari on our last day (because we had too much luggage for the train), but he did! The location was excellent - adjacent to the centro storico and minutes from the gorgeous Lama Monachile. We are on a 6-week Italian adventure, and the ONE place we talk about returning to is the Casetta Zio Franco! The breakfasts made available by the property were special as well. And we loved the in-room sauna! Would definitely stay there again! 10+++

Nothing

One word: AMAZING!! We stayed here for 4 nights and absolutely loved it! The room was beautiful, the shower was great, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The location couldn’t be better, right in the heart of the city! Nico is an exceptionally kind and helpful host. 100% recommended, and we will definitely be coming back! Thank you so much, Nico! ❤️

Everything was perfect!
