Location, breakfast and the staff were super kind and helpful

The rooftop was under maintenance, so we couldn’t use the pool upstairs.

Rooftop and pool equals having nothing. Inside pool was okay but the pictures and usability of the pool in the roof are deceptive

I loved the hotel, the location was gorgeous and staff was amazing. Breakfast is good and pool is very nice.

Our room had a little bit of humidity and it was uncomfortable specially when sleeping at night but it was fine.

We stayed 4 nights at this boutique hotel and unfortunately it did not offer good value for the price. The shower head in our room was clogged with mineral buildup, which made it difficult to use. Although the room included a water kettle, no coffee was provided—and when we asked for some, we were told it wasn’t available. This was especially surprising in a country known for its coffee. The room decor was worn out. One wall featured a large mural, but it appeared poorly maintained, with paint missing and pieces of tissue paper stuck to it, giving a careless impression. Breakfast had decent food options, and the restaurant staff were the highlight of our stay—friendly and attentive. However, the dining room was uncomfortable, as there was no air conditioning, and it was already quite hot at 7:30 a.m. Overall, for the price and the way the hotel is marketed as a boutique experience, we expected better upkeep and more attention to guest comfort. Aside from the restaurant staff, service and maintenance fell short.
