La Quercia Retreat

The owners of the property were so helpful, communication before, during and after our stay was fantastic, they could not have been better! Organised transfers to and from the airport for us and checked every day by WhatsApp that all was ok, seeing to any issues immediately. The property is in a quiet area in Meta with some lovely local shops so it was easy to get food for breakfast and meals to cook 'at home' but also close to restaurants. We were reccommended Tico Tico by the sea, such a great location with excellent food and sunset views! Even had a gluten free menu for our gluten free friend! The accommodation had 5 en suite bedrooms and a kitchen with a large outside space, a great coffee machine and plenty of places to sit. Everything was spotlessly clean and well equipped, We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would reccommend it to anyone! Excellent value, great location, easily able to walk to the train station, bus stop or the beach. We walked into Sorrento old town, but easy by train also.

Take mosquito repellent! Although we got some in the local pharmacy!

Very clean, well-equipped and maintained. Was very comfortable for our group and the outdoor area was a great place to gather all together. Short walk to the beach and lots of restaurants

Nothing - was great

It is all newly refurbished and plenty of seating options. Our room was huge with very high ceilings. Lovely outdoor seating area. Clean en suite bathroom with good water pressure on the shower. Bus stop metres away and train station 10 minutes away.

Nothing. I was a bit confused about if breakfast was included or not, they included coffee and there was a kitchen to make your own breakfast with a dishwasher so it worked well for us.

We absolutely loved the location. Only a few 100 metres to the beach and beautiful coffee shops and restaurants! We had a vehicle so was able to make the short drive to Sorrento. The room was extremely clean and had everything we needed. The courtyard was massive and allowed us to kick the ball with our toddler without the concern of cars/bikes. It had a beautiful outdoor seating area which was perfect for a 🍷 wine or 2. Our host checked in daily to ensure we had everything we needed and also provided our toddler with toys, a cot and playground recommendations. It was by far the best locations we had stayed out while in Italy.
