M&F Hotel

Everything! Location, exquisite facilities, super clean and amazing staff! Special shoutout to Stefano and the lady at brekky! Breakfast is really good, and you have beautiful beach right in front of the hotel. Parking is available and you can take a walk to the historical town through the promenade. Loved it! Lovely clean hotel. Breakfasts were good, quite a selection. Staff were helpful. Cleaning staff always go unappreciated but they were lovely and polite and room was always impeccable after they had been.

It was a bit too far from the centre. A good 25-30 mins away by foot. Taxis are expensive, 20 euros a time and public transport is non existent. Roof top bar was closed one day with no notice or explanation when asked. Disappointing really considering you pay a bit more for this service.

The room was very small and the fridge noisy at night - the balcony light can not be controlled and is on until 11pm every evening. Sound proofing not great … The breakfast was good (but often had to ask for the eggs to be topped up). Not many non meat options. The lift did not work a few times which was fine for us but not great for anyone with mobility issues. One morning there was a power outage which meant no water - so we could not shower or use the bathroom… and things like no coffee machine at breakfast … there was total indifference from the reception staff, no apology, no letter through the door from the manager and no offer of water or even a free drink. The bike hire was fantastic … the hotel is very easy for getting to Sirenhello parkrun.

Location was perfect as it was close to the beach. Staff were very attentive and pleasant. Would definitely return.

Some breakfast items were stale and fruit was old.
