The location was perfect Roughly halfway between Dublin and Belfast

Very relaxed and pleasant environment. With a beautiful view over Carlingford Lough. Breakfast was well cooked and the side table for cereal etc was well laid out with plenty on it. The service was very friendly and efficient. Would recommend the cooked breakfast, very nice.
The only thing that I had an issue with was the temperature of the water in the shower. The two showers I had could have been much warmer. Other than that the Bathroom and Bedroom were spot on.
