This property is the upper floor of a nice home in a nice neighborhood. The floorplan allows for the apartment to be very private and easily accessible. Having a full kitchen, laundry facilities and eating area made it very comfortable and a very nice bargain. We were able to walk to the nearby Charles Smith coffee bar, a fine purveyor of coffee, goodies & breakfast options. It is also very convenient to historic Quebec City and many restaurant options. We loved this place and would most definitely go back if we return to the area.
Honestly, we had NO complaints, it was clean, nicely furnished and well appointed.

Lovely, spacious apartment in quiet neighbourhood on a regular bus route (800/801/ 11), half way between Quebec City and the University. Ideal for work and leisure.
Extremely friendly host, and supermarket just round the corner.
