I was pleased with my stay. I chose it for its location. It's quiet and peaceful. Since it's an apartment building, you need to be mindful of silence and privacy. I received answers to my questions. I'll choose it again if I come back. Thank you.
There was dust under the bed. No care was taken when cleaning. The balconies were very close to the neighbors.

Great location very close to Piraeus centre and the harbour. Relatively quiet street. Nicely designed apartment with a small balcony, mosquito blinds on the balcony doors, a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, solid internet connection. The check-in instructions were clear and the process was modern and effective. We had plenty of hot water, there was a bottle of water in the fridge on our arrival, the lighting in the apartment was also very good.
The property was sufficiently clean but there were more than a few stray hairs on the bedroom floor and in some of the drawers. I have a sense that whoever cleaned the property used a mop but not a vacuum. The main issue for me was that the mattress was rather uncomfortable. It felt quite hard (for my liking) but conversely the bed was quite springy and creaky. A new, more comfortable mattress would have increased my score considerably.
