Our host was absolutely amazing! She was incredibly responsive and helpful, arranging restaurant reservations, taxis, and beach chairs, and providing a fantastic list of restaurant recommendations. The villa was beautiful, exceptionally clean, and had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. The layout was ideal for our group, with each bedroom having its own en-suite bathroom, which made it especially comfortable. The location was perfect, with easy access to the beach and just a five-minute walk to the cable car for a quick trip up to town. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend staying here!

Absolute Perfection! Host Valeria has curated a stunning property, with incredible, beautiful living space inside and out! The location is superb- with close proximity to the beach and to local shops and attractions. The property is beautifully updated and designed with stunning wood framed doors and windows, beautiful archways, large light filled rooms and wonderful gathering space! Valeria is an amazing host! She took the time to warmly greet us and provided wonderful recommendations. Valeria has incredible attention to detail. She provided all the special amenities to make our stay extra special. Our entire family of 6 throughly enjoyed our stay- a real highlight to our two week stay in Sicily! We highly recommend La Matrangela!!

Everything about the apartment was absolutely perfect - the location was great, the views were stunning, the apartment was cleaned consistently, and Valeria was the most helpful host I've ever had! I highly recommend La Matrangela if you are planning to stay in Taormina.

We absolutely loved this beautiful house and garden . It is in a superb location a few minutes from the beach, great restaurants and the base of the cable car which takes you to the old town . There are additional thoughtful touches to the house such as providing some food provisions, prosecco , beach towels and shoes . The highlight however was our property owner Valeria. She had superb communication, before and after our stay making sure everything went seamlessly for us. Our flight was redirected to Palermo because of Mount Etna erupting. Before we landed she had organised a driver to pick us up and drive us to Taormina. She also organised other transfers and day trips for us.

There is nothing we did not love about the property
