The location of this apartment is the only positive aspect of the stay. While it has old-world charm, the apartment was unfortunately very dirty upon arrival. The kitchen was unclean, with crumbs left on the dining table and lacked cooking equipment- most pans did not work with the induction stove. The shower had significant black mold and mildew, the toilet only flushed 50% of the time and both the washing machine and dishwasher were FULL of MOLD, making them unusable. . The overall level of cleanliness was far below expectations. In addition, there were no instructions provided for operating the stovetop, accessing the trash disposal area, or using other apartment amenities. The Wi-Fi was unreliable throughout our stay, which made it extremely difficult to work remotely from the apartment. The listing makes it seem like it’s renovated and it’s not. Very dirty but very good locations.
