Sapa Mountain Queen House

Our stay was amazing the service was exceptional. The hotel booked our tours and added places with no issues the rooms were very clean and serviced ever day it was conveniently located to town

We had a wonderful stay! From the moment we arrived, we felt very welcome we were greeted with tea and warm towels. Mr. Kim, the owner, is personally at the reception and is such a kind and helpful person. He helped us with everything we needed, including buying train and attraction tickets and arranging a taxi driver for us. His personal attention and kindness really made our stay special. Our family room was large, comfortable and clean, and the breakfast was rich, fresh and very good. We truly felt taken care of throughout our stay.

The manager, the owner Kim was so helpful in all ways . My friend had a fall and fractured her ankle and he went on the motorbike to pick her up and bring it back to the hotel and helped us look after her. . Thank you Kim 🙏

The stay was great, the rooms were nice, the breakfast was good, the staff were extremely nice, especially Mr Kim who went above and beyond to help us during our stay with helping us book things and answer any questions we had he was great.
