Overall it was a good place. We think that it probably wouldn’t take too much money or time to do some small fixes and updates to make it a little more cozy. We looked past a lot of things and had the best time. Although the dishes in the cabinets were dirty, baked on food from the dishwasher. Although we most likely won’t rent this house again we most definitely will be back enjoying another home.

This is a classic vintage home in Incline Village, one block from lake tahoe beaches. The home has classic floor to ceiling window line and multiple fireplaces throughout the home. Nice views from the home. Property management was excellent and responsive. The home is1970s vintage home and as a result the improvements are dated in some ways. Overall we enjoyed our stay over Christmas 2025.

The pictures were not true representation of the properties condition. There are stains on the carpet, not a single door closed properly. The floors sloped and are creaky and the kitchen looks original to the homes 1960ish build.
