100% sprawdzonych opinii10 / 10Wyjątkowy·paź 2026
Wow, this hotel is absolutely stunning, the location is incredible right beside the Petronas Twin Towers. From the moment my husband and I arrived we received first class service and felt like we were given special VIP treatment throughout our stay. Erlwin Ubau, Restaurant and Bar Manager is exceptional and is truly an asset to the hotel, his attention to detail and professionalism giving the very best customer experience is unique and hard to find, especially in a large city hotel! We couldn’t thank him enough for making our stay in Kuala Lumpur amazing.
The view of the towers from our room couldn’t have been better, the room was awesome, beautifully decorated and gave a real 5-star feel.
The Wet Deck pool bar is stunning at night with the best vibes for enjoying cocktails and food.
Perfect stay, I highly recommend, thanks W Hotel
