Room was very clean and quiet at night. Convenient for buses into center.

Check in did not work properly. Host did not reply promptly to our queries. We did not have check in details until last minute. Towels and sheets were not changed during our 5 day stay despite a notice in the room saying that they would be. There was nowhere to have an evening meal in the area, just cafes. Overall disappointing.

Lovely hotel, the access code and getting my room key was easy just follow the instructions given,when you enter the door into the main hotel there is a constant beautiful scent, my room were small and clean, a distance from the town centre but plenty to see while walking around and discovering new things, bars and restaurants are literally everywhere,the windows keep some sound out with black out blinds but there is a bar in the street which was very loud until the early hours but wasn’t the hotels fault, this accommodation is very pleasant and pleasing, I’m going to miss this little place, I will definitely book again next time I visit Santander.

The check-in/check-out procedure was very effective and easy. There were many bars and supermarkets around. It was clean.

The location was a bit remote. The room should have a table at least. The bathroom needs an update.

The host is great, location is ok and most of all, it was clean.

The walls are too thin. I would literally wake up from the other guests taking a shower at 7 A.M. There's a mold scent in the closet and in bathroom. Please get that checked. Don't bother to arrive earlier, even by 10 minutes. You will stay at the door with your luggage until 14:00 sharp. I know the space is little , but at least leave a glass or something for the guests to drink from. We are not expecting a fridge.
