Location, communication, fridge in the room

Room dimensions were smaller than anticipated, and the building does not feature an elevator. We also noted that the cleaning under the bed could have been more thorough, as dust had accumulated there, otherwise the apartment was clean. We experienced disruptions during quiet hours over the weekend due to other occupants consuming drinks and creating noise in the building. While we recognize this is difficult to monitor, it did impact our overall comfort.

Świetna lokalizacja, w samym centrum, piękny budynek i klimatyczna klatka schodowa, mieszkanie ładnie urządzone, przytulne. Kilka kroków do wielu atrakcji turystycznych. Niedaleko mieszkania jest wygodny parking-nie był tani, ale w tej części miasta parkowanie jest dość drogie. Warto przyjechać pociągiem.

location and the building itself

Missing lift, but it was compensated by the building itself

The location is fantastic and Brno is a great place to spend a few days. The room was in a gorgeous, historic building built in 1902 and the balcony allows great views of everything that's happening in the Square outside.

Unfortunately, there were a few negatives as follows: The apartment complex is on the 4th floor and there is no lift - it is 107 steps from the bottom. We were there during a heatwave and there is no aircon - just a free-standing fan which was completely inadequate to reduce the high temperature in the room. The fridge was not cold. It generated a lot of heat and our milk & food went off. The towels were a mix of new & fluffy & old & threadbare with some holes. I accept that we should have checked more carefully regardiing the lack of a lift and the lack of aircon. We will certainly do so in future as we were there for 4 nights and the extreme heat made it very difficult to sleep.
