Everything was good and perfect. Thank you

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The host was awesome — friendly, responsive, and made everything so easy. The home itself was beautiful and exactly as described. The location couldn’t have been more perfect, with everything we needed close by. Our visit was outstanding from start to finish. We would absolutely stay here again!

Kitchen was fully stocked, beds were comfortable, living area accommodated our group of 6 adults.

Their early check in policy is a blatant lie. Room inspectors were a lie too. There were no inspectors that inspected it like we were told as the reason we couldn’t enter early. We requested early check in at noon, 1pm, 2pm, & 3pm all the while waiting outside the unit. Then we got an automated text at 4 w the key code. Also there was not info about it being a 3 story apartment. Luckily our disabled family could stay in the lowest bedroom but there was not info on that - we had to ask. More detailed description would’ve helped. Location was great, size was great, kitchen floor was very dirty.
