Location was great and the property itself was perfect

Comfy bed and spacious room. Within a lovely lemon garden setting. Carmela went out of her way to print for me when needed for a booking.
Breakfast could be slightly improved. Lots of sweet cakes / pastries but would be improved with move savoury or hot breakfast.

The host, Carmela, was very helpful and responsive. The room was pretty, clean, and had a very spacious bathroom. Short walk to the city centre.
The AC wasn’t functioning properly.

The room was very spacious and clean.
The area was very quiet, as it was a little far from the city centre.
It would have been beneficial to clearly know the road before booking. It was nice to be a little far from the centre, as it was quiet, but the road was uphill, and tiresome. It was a total surprise, and I would have thought twice about booking due to mobility issues.
Additionally, the property lists “exceptional breakfast” but all we found were 2 very thin slices of ham & cheese, 2 eggs, and around five different pastries. The breakfast was a total disappointment.
