The hotel Is and old maison, French colonial style very beautiful, the room is big and cosy. The internet is strong and good since I did homeoffice everyday, the breakfast was amazing: a delicious omelette with vegetables, fruits, coffee and fresh mango 🥭 juice. The two guys (morning and night), I mean the personnel were so kind and polite. Plus the price is unbelievable, I do recommend. And it's in the middle of the old district, close the temples, the rivers, sunset pointviews etc.

I didn't have more time to stay in Luang Prabang.

The room was spacious and relatively comfortable. The location was great, near the river but in a quieter part of town, still walking distance to everything.!

We were overcharged!! Our booking should have been $205 but when converting it into Lao kip, they ended up charging $220. When we realised the mistake, we raised it with them and they said they could only give us 150,000 LAK back, which was less than half the amount we had overpaid by!! Every morning, we had ants cooked into our breakfast. Every single day. They were actually cooked into the pancakes and eggs. We raised it with them on day 1, thinking it would be a one off, but no. Every single day. The staff were rude and have no customer service skills, if you can locate anyone at all. Apart from the location, I cannot recommend this place.
