The Swan Inn

Parking and check in were easy. Staff were helpful. The rooms are in a courtyard so access is easy at all times.

I would like fruit and yoghurt at breakfast.

Charming pub in a lovely quiet village.

We had a fantastic stay at this charming pub and hotel. Nestled in a breathtaking village surrounded by beautiful countryside, it’s the perfect base if you love scenic walks and quiet rural charm. The pub itself is wonderfully cozy and full of character, packed with unique nicknacks that give it an authentic, welcoming atmosphere. It’s the kind of place where you immediately want to sit back with a drink and relax. The food was top-tier—very high quality, packed with flavor, and beautifully presented. Breakfast: Outstanding! They clearly pride themselves on using great local produce. The sausages in particular were fantastic. Our room was cozy with a lovely, modern bathroom. There were a couple of minor details missed in terms of housekeeping—a few cobwebs and a touch of dust—but nothing that ruined our stay or took away from the overall comfort. The staff were exceptionally friendly, polite, and always happy to help with anything we needed. Considering the quality of the food, location, and atmosphere, it offers great value for money. We will definitely be returning!

Few cobwebs in the room
