Frem lord 5 terre

Location is quite convenient, comfortable bed, clean.

Clean, comfortable, modern and decent sized room very close to town centre and restaurants. Quiet too. We stayed for 3 nights to visit the Cinque Terre and this was an ideal base. Train station is 10 minutes walk away with frequent trains to all the 5 towns. You can also visit the towns by ferry, again a 10 minute walk to terminal. La Spezia itself was a pleasant surprise with nice old centre, large marina and good restaurants. We booked the parking space (only one) which is off-road just by the building. Glad we did as parking in La Spezia did not look easy. Check-in is automatic and we got very clear instructions from the host via a video on WhatsApp.

Parking a bit expensive at 35 Euros per night.

Perfect location, perfect facility, great host!

Room large and comfortable with a good shower.

52 stairs to climb with luggage and no lifts. Paid for a balcony with views, however the balcony was covered in scaffolding an plastic mesh. Owners should have told us that they were having repairs.
