This is the ideal, fully renovated base for exploring France capital- it's the perfect place to unwind and an ideal apartment for couples, solo adventurers and business travellers.
The flat receives lots of light and air, and has a great view of the Parisian roofs.
Just in front of Le Marché Popincourt, make sure you shop your groceries from there !

The Space:
The studio is situated at the 6th floor of traditional Parisian building.

The flat has been fully renovated hence it is equipped to make you sure you have a very comfortable stay, whether you want to relax or work.

The flat is professionally cleaned with hotel standard linen and towels being freshly delivered before your arrival, so that you can relax to the fullest.
There is fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to enjoy homely meal while exploring or working in Paris.

The comfortable sofa bed can host comfortably 2 persons and will be ready with hotel standard linen. The windows let in natural light and a nice breeze during the summer.
You can roll down the electric blinds once you are ready to sleep.

Feel free to read any of the books during your stay from the wall library in this room.

Bathroom: Right from the entrance you can also access a small but modern and functional bathroom. There is a shower and a bathroom sink all separated from the toilet that is in the next door in the corridor towards the kitchen. You have a washing machine inside.

Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped and functional, offering you the possibility to try some French recipes yourself while travelling. There is an oven, a fridge/freezer and hob ready to be used.

The Neighborhood:
In the 11th district of Paris, one has the feeling of being in a small urban village both popular and alive. It is also a Mecca of Parisian culture with numerous theaters, arts and experimental cinema and concert halls. It is a neighborhood where life is good, especially in summer, with its many terraces and restaurants. It is also the borough par excellence of "bobios": organic stores galore and other fair trade stalls.
