Reviewer Comments:
After arriving at the airport, you're always hopefull that the hotel or villa you are staying matches up with the photos and this definitely did.Based in a very quiet neighborhood in Orlando, this 4 bedroom villa was the perfect place for 8 of us to kick back from a manic trip around the parks or elsewhere in Orlando. Everything was clean and well presentable. Some of the furniture was a little dated perhaps but that was only a minor inconvenience. One other aspect for out of towners, you will need a car or other mode of transport as it's a little distance from most of the major attractions. However, this did not spoil our stay as we were well ahead of this. I would highly recommend this villa and Florida Spirit who were always at the end of a phone call or email way before or during our stay.

It was a nice location and a very nice house. The jacuzzi water never got warm so we were a little disappointed because that was one of the reasons why got it.

Reviewer Comments:
The beds in this rental were awful, every single one, we spent 9 nights and they were so uncomfortable and old, a real disappointment.
The cleaning could have been better, the pans were still dirty and some were very old, hard to cook a meal for 7 with 2 pans. There was greasy dust on the side of the bottom of the fridge, baseboards in kitchen were gross. The pool was off again, on again, instructions were poor, had to contact the rental service for help twice, was told on thing on the phone, was told another through text message. Toilet in master constantly ran and flushed off and on in the middle of the night. We could have rented other properties for less but felt like spending a little more to hopefully get a higher quality rental, we did not....
