Tokyu Stay Sapporo Odori

I have really warmed up to the Tokyu Stay brand and have really enjoyed the convenience with the amenities the hotel offers as well as the convenience of having a washer/dryer in the room. It's definitely a game changer for a long term traveler like myself. The staff was also welcoming as well and always greeted whenever I passed by from the Front Desk staff to the janitors. Satoru checked me in at the Front Desk and was professional as well as courteous. Good area as well. Would recommend to anyone when coming to Sapporo

I don't think I had anything negative to share.

Location, friendly staff, clean

Beds were a little to firm for me

We love the stay overall! The room is so spacious and clean. Free milk ice cream daily is yummy! The reception staffs are super nice and attentive, always felt welcomed. The lift requires card access to get to your level which felt safe. Location super convenient. Would definitely come back again.

Wish the Ice cream is available everyday haha~ All great nothing to complain!

Breakfast was simple with limited variety. Not worth the price.

Better selection of breads.
