The apartment is a good size and comfortable for grandparents and one small family. Stairs aren’t necessarily easy for older adults but we had help. Two full bathrooms were a big plus. The kitchen had great equipment so we could easily make meals. Two couches and a chair gave us plenty of seating for chatting. Washer and dryer were helpful. Beds were medium comfortable. Very well equipped apartment with games, books, tv, etc. Had to go to the store for toilet paper, laundry soap, and bath soap. Great having the carport on those hot days. Beach close by. Family Fair very close. Excellent location for us to be with family.

Cute, clean, and great location.

Condo is great! Easy in easy out to main highway. Very clean. Thorough instructions and directions. Definitely recommend!

The condo is beautiful and comfortable, however the rules and regulations were not spoken of in the description or we would have looked elsewhere. I had four people coming from different directions who were using this condo. No where did i read that you can only have two cars. This was for my daughters destination wedding, They also, in the rules given to you as you check in, say that noone but the people staying overnight can come to the condo at all. I had rented this as it was close to the venue and as we were getting ready for the wedding, decorating, etc, expected to come back to the condo to grab some food. Also my daughter who has disabilities, needed a place to rest between events that was close by. according to the rules given, that was not an option. They also limit how many towels you can use and tell you that you are under watch to make sure no one but the overnight people were entering the building. It felt very restrictive, which made the stay uncomfortable.
