We even got to check in to the cabin earlier than anticipated, which was awesome and made our stay so much easier. The beds were nice and comfy. We spent a lot of time on the porch, rocking, relaxing and re-energizing our inner peace. We even saw a bear one day. My only thing is I wish there was outdoor table for sitting and eating. Overall we loved our stay.

We had some snow and ice but, the roads leading to the cabin were cleared out daily. We love using the hot tub and fireplace. We spent most of our time in Gatlinburg and the cabin was a welcomed place to return to. The management was attentive and did everything they could to make sure our trip went well. I would absolutely recommend Elk Springs to anyone visiting the Gatlinburg area.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was good and the customer service was very good. Blinds were not mounted correctly and the outside light shined through the window during the night. There were spider webs with spider in the window. The furniture in living room was really worn out. The coffee table was very dirty. The sheets on beds was like cardboard. Was really disappointed there were no Christmas decorations. The outside of cabin has spider webs every where.
