Clean and comfortable. The staff were extremely helpful and responsive. I’ve stayed here before and wasn’t disappointed this time either.
Despite being a non smoking hotel, some people smoked in their room.

Great location, helpful staff and beautiful breakfast

The hospitality of the staff is wonderful. It's very convenient location from and to the train station.
There's no fruit, juice and healthy staff on the breakfast menu. Mainly sweets that are not a good and nutrient breakfast. But we noted during our trip to several cities in Italy that this seems to be a cultural issue as it was the same everywhere.

Good location.
Extremely hard bed.
