We were a bit worried because the two previous reviewers did not give this place good reviews. Turns out we had nothing to worry about. This is a lovely little mountain apartment condo that served as a great home base for our mountain adventuring. It was nice to stay upstairs and have the kids downstairs and have our own spaces. The decor is comfortable and quaint. It is an older building, and I suppose one could spruce it up, but it matches the Dillon mountain vibe just fine. We had plenty of towels and utensils and ended up making breakfast and lunch for each day of our stay. If I could suggest an improvement it would be to improve the beds. They are all older beds with a foam top, which is not terribly comfortable. We did run out of toilet paper and paper towels and bought our own. Check-in and check-out was great. The view from the patio is gorgeous. It was nice to open up the patio doors at night and watch the sky and lake darken. The apartment is within walking distance of the amphitheater. Be sure to walk to to the farmers market on Friday mornings. Best smoked fish I've had in a long time!

Reviewer Comments: The location was wonderful with views of the mountains and the reservoir, but the condo was quite worn; shades wouldn't close, the downstairs shower didn't work, and the keys were impossible to work.
