Le côté libre sans avoir d heure d arrivée…équipement pour repas et petit déjeuner top…parking très bien

La literie pas très confortable dommage

L'emplacement proche de l'autoroute avec des supermarchés à proximité, idéal pour une halte. La facilité du chek in y compris tardif. Les tables et le micro-ondes mis à disposition dans le hall pour un coin repas mais qui manque d'un point d' eau.

Nous aurions apprécié un petit frigo dans la chambre.

La habitación muy grande y acogedora, todo estaba muy limpio y ordenado.

Lo único fue que el agua caliente no tenia mucha presión, era difícil regular a una temperatura media, o era muy caliente y sin presión, o con fuerza pero fría. Las almohadas no eran muy cómodas, muy bajas.

The WiFi was not free and didn't work. We were asked for a password which we didn't have. The access links were a nightmare. I did not realise it was hub hotel when I booked it on Booking.com and had to call the number on the hotel voucher for help because we are IT savvy and didn't understand what we had to do. Although quite grumpy the call centre lady did actually help out. The room was fine and very convenient and a very good location. There seemed to be running water somewhere in the building all night which was annoying and when we checked out the downstairs area was totally flooded. Not good. I will not stay in one of your places again. Booking.com made no mention that this was a hub type hotel. If I had known I would most definitely not have booked it.
