Hotel Rodon

Hotel Rodon je divno mesto za prijatan odmor. Lokacija je odlična. Soba ima sve što vam je potrebno. Osoblje je izuzetno ljubazno. Soba se čisti svakodnevno a u toku boravka od tri dana, drugog dana su zamenili peškire. Doručak je odličan. Pored hotela se nalazi veliki parking. Preporuka!

Der Aufenthalt in Paralia war rundum perfekt! Die Unterkunft ist super und wir haben unsere drei Nächte hier sehr genossen. Was dieses Hotel aber wirklich herausragend macht, ist das unglaublich ehrliche und hilfsbereite Personal. Ich hatte nach dem Check-out einen für mich extrem wertvollen, persönlichen Gegenstand (ein Geschenk meiner Freundin) im Zimmer vergessen. Das Team hat sofort reagiert, ihn sicher aufbewahrt und wunderbar mit mir kommuniziert, um die beste Lösung für die Abholung auf unserem Roadtrip zu finden. So einen großartigen, verständnisvollen Service erlebt man selten. Tausend Dank an das gesamte Team!

Unfortunately, our experience at this property was disappointing, mainly due to the lack of communication and the way we were treated upon arrival. Despite receiving approximately three emails confirming our reservation and stay, we were never informed of the specific check-in hours or advised that we needed to notify the property in advance of our arrival time. It would have been perfectly reasonable to include this information in the confirmation emails or send us a message asking about our expected arrival time. Upon arrival, we had to call the property, and the gentleman who came to assist us was initially rather dismissive. He explained that it was our responsibility to check the check-in hours on Booking.com and inform the property of our arrival time, as they do not send emails regarding this. We were also told that we were lucky the room had not been given to someone else, as our reservation had apparently been marked as a no-show because we had not arrived within the expected check-in hours. This was particularly concerning, as we had received several emails confirming our reservation without any clear mention of these specific check-in requirements. It is disappointing that a confirmed reservation could be put at risk due to information that could easily have been communicated to us in advance. Another issue encountered was that 2 pillows from the room and one blanket seemed to be dirty. Luckily we didn’t need all the pillows provided and shared a blanket
