The location in the forest next to a river the surroundings really nice and peaceful . Breakfast and Dinner was good and staff friendly Monica helped us at dinner time. Hotel accommodated a vegetarian diet. Good rooms clean.
Distance to city centre, a lot of money each day using taxi’s. Tour operators don’t pick up from hotel so need to get taxi to city to go on tours. Hotel only offers one tour company. Hotel is perfect if you have a car but be prepared to use uber or bolt app a lot.

Standard bedroom was nice and clean. Breakfast is ok. The location, south of Rovaniemi, is just alongside the river with a lot of free space to enjoy the nature just behind the hotel. There is a fireplace you can light up on your own and a private sauna with ice dipping you can rent. The riverside is the perfect place to go and see the northern light.
Staff is very nice and friendly,always available.
You can book a number of activities with pick up directly from hotel reception
The room is not cleaned every day

The room was nice, clean and modern. A bit of a contrast with the rest of the hotel. The river is beautiful. Lobby has a weird 1970s warm vibe inside and the staff is nice and friendly.
Old, run-down building. Somewhat eerie. Surrounded by parking lots and discarded machinery. It must be much nicer covered in snow or when it's all green.
