Both ground floor bedrooms are equipped with individual air conditioning units. The fully equipped open kitchen adjoins the living area and includes 4 hot plates, an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. The ground floor also offers a bathroom with bidet and WC as well as a separate shower room with WC.
