The location

Very clean, modern and easy access to tube stations, etc. Breakfast was good with lots of choice. Just be aware that some rooms are in the basement with no windows, but that wasn't really a problem for a one night stay.

When we arrived we were greeted by a member of staff who had just started on her first day. Although very pleasant, she had not yet been given training on how to check people in. She told us not to worry and that a more senior staff member would be along shortly. Well, we must have been waiting a good 15 -20 minutes awkwardly waiting at Reception with her just stood there! She offered us a glass of water after a while. Eventually someone else came only to tell us to use a self checking in machine in the corner! I don't blame the young girl at all, but she should have been told before she was left on reception that that was the case as it wasn't clear and it made us late for our restaurant booking that evening!

Staff are very Nice and welcoming, They can help you with anything. Very clean. Very well places near the subway. Had a great week end !

No Window in the room but we already knew that so can’t really complain and the bed is small

Breakfast was decent. Tube and bus is nearby.

Annoyances started immediately with reception being in same room as breakfast tables. You need to drag your luggage through people eating in a small room with a bunch of tables. Elevators are slow. Self check in asked me for info they already had. Needed to make an account for wifi that was not great. There was dust everywhere above bed. Tv didnt work until we sent a notice, same with shower gel had to be refilled. Walls are pretty thin. Bed was rock hard with pillows being way too low and also rock hard/thin. There was constant noise coming from pipes or when someone flushed.
