Very nice conversion of a 16th-century stone-built caravanserai into a modern hotel and restaurant in quiet neighbourhood. Excellent breakfast meant I barely needed any more food during my stay. Lift gave access to rooms.
Thick old walls let in little light so I found reading in my room quite difficult. For same reason Internet was up and down. My room had a very cramped bathroom though other rooms had better ones. In such a quality hotel I'd have appreciated real plants in the courtyard and not plastic ones.

The location is great. The old trading post was nicely renovated. The rooms are comfortable, maybe a bit small unless you book one of the suites.
If anything, we have wished for some foreign language capability of the staff.

The location and building are great - wonderful building and lovely room. Helpful and friendly staff.
The common covered courtyard is the restaurant and it is very smokey starting very early in the morning. The rooms open to this common area so also become smokey. The AC did not function so the room was hot, and the seal around the shower stall was not present so the bathroom floor was considerably wet most of the time.
