Location, clean

Nothing

Loved the location, air conditioning worked well, and washing machine was very handy.

The bed was too firm for me, but may be ideal for others who like a firm bed. Minimal space to store clothes/luggage.

/1/ Location is close to everything including car parking /2/ Staff communication was prompt, professional and helpful.

Balcony is very small

Location is perfect as it just walk few minutes and you can get two very close metro stations.

there are several issues I faced : 1) when check in, the filter of the range hood drops off and the sink from the toilet has a big crack. Someone has glued it before. Have reported immediately and the owner should inform guests prior before check in as I think the crack has been there for sometimes. 2) When taking shower, water will spill out and the floor will totally got wet. 3) Response from owner is efficient before check in. Since no extra garbage bag was provided, I have requested for one but no one response to me since day 2. This was very bad as I have stayed there for 6 nights and requested for one or two garbage bags is not a big demand.
