Wonderful stay!

Both toilets seemed to be very finicky/didn’t always flush. The shower head was broken as well, and the water took forever to get hot. Other than that, it’s a great value and very much as advertised.

Everything was as advertised but the Wifi was terrible. We called for hotel and they wouldn’t do anything about it. Other than that the unit was clean, and the hotel was great!

The suite itself was nice, and as pictured. The hotel notes also said the wait for elevators may be long and to be patient. There are 4 elevators for this building and 2 were “working” on the first day but my friend got stuck in one of them between floors on the second day, and it was moving- a horrible and scary experience! For two days there were NO guest elevators working. I had to take a service elevator today for checkout with my luggage - this was not communicated to me by the staff at all, I found it by opening maintenance doors Down the hall. Tuesday early morning I was caught completely off guard by a man hanging by a harness out the BEDROOM window- I was literally asleep in my bed- also terrifying as a woman traveling alone. The hotel texted one day later communicating this work, with the text communicating the date from the day before? The suite is nice but the toilet in the LR runs nonstop and it took 10 mins to get hot water in the shower in the Bedroom bath. The cleanliness was marginal- the floors had not been cleaned when I checked in.I was traveling for business and paid a premium for this suite but could not use it for business due to the elevators not working.
