There were plenty of beds to sleep us all! The hot tub was amazing! We appreciated how many tvs there were for everyone to enjoy. The fenced backyard was great for all of the kids to play in.

Wonderful house, plenty of room.

Had a great time. House was big enough for our family. It was clean and we had a great place to rest after our tense basketball tourney.

Missing 2 beds from Bedroom 1. 2 air matresses had leaks. Not enough bedding for the air mattresses we were forced to use. Broken couch in main room. Kitchen tools not stocked very well. Chipped paint on stairs railing. Not enough towels for the advertised residents (16 sleeping? Had to buy extra towels). Chairs for table and counter too short for proper seating. Sent complaint and took 2 days to answer. Air conditioner system in garage leaks water. Porch overhead light flashed constantly. Hot tub water was not as hot as the listed temperature. Upstairs hot at night. Everyone woke up sweaty. Could not reduce the temperature. Had to buy batteries for the tv remote.
