The view from the balcony was fantastic, it was a very clean apartment and good value for money considering we booked our 2 nights the day before!. All the utensils you needed in the kitchen and dishwasher was a bonus! Staff were very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed playing table tennis with the bats provided.
We were 4 adults in a one bed apartment so 2 of us were on the sofa bed that could do with replacing, very springy and sagged in the middle so not the comfiest. But the rest of the apartment was brilliant.

walking distance to the ski piste. rooms more modern than we expected from the exterior. Schladming only 10-15 min walk away on a patch behind the house. swimming pool with nice finish sauna
Restaurant did not seem very interested in guests nor was it open on friday or saturday (typical day arriving).
