Super miła obsługa. Znakomite jedzenie. Najwyższy poziom Executive Lounge.

Everything was perfect.

Beautiful hotel in a great place. The pool is gorgeous. Breakfasts were rich and delicious. Also, free bottles of water were a nice surprise every morning. The price was good for a 5* hotel with a metro station 3 minutes walk away.

We had only one bedside table, and some years of use were visible in the bathroom.

Super confortable bed. Close to the metro. Very nice gym and spa. Excellent value for money.

Kind staff, nice view, comfy bed with double duvet and a choice of different pillow thicknesses.

It was cold at night mid-November. The thermostat wasn't readable and manupulating the settings didn't help. The breakfast omlette was mediocore and once the cook gave me burned from the outside, completely raw on the inside, with stuff I didn't want inside. I found hair on the toilet, bathtub and a tea plate in my room. The room had a locked door leading straight to the other guests' room. I could hear their every sound and word. The bathtub was old and rusty, didn't retain water when bathing, and when showering, one has to hold the shower handle in a hand so the water doesn't splash all over the bathroom. Little place to work on a laptop.
