The hotel property is beautifully presented, the staff are outstanding and couldn’t do more for you. The housekeeping team went above and beyond with little cleaning and housekeeping touches. Laundry very good service. Breakfast excellent.

My first room was a noisy upstairs. It’s not sound proof. And my next room smelt a bit funny with the sewers. Both suites.

The buildings are imposing. The airport transfer was great, and the main reason I booked it Check in was really smooth. There were many breakfast options. The swimming pool in the second building was nice, if a bit smelly, as shared with some pigeons. The rooms look fancy. The shower was nice, and they have Japanese loos.

This was not an enjoyable stay.. After a delayed flight we arrived really late, about 2am. We were told we'd been upgraded and we're put in their second building. The building was full of people putting up decor for a big conference. When we got out of the lift to floor 4 I noticed it smelt damp. In our room, it smelt even more damp and musty. By this point it was past 2am, so I was not about to request a room change, we needed to sleep. When I got into bed it was clear the sheets were sticky and cold. They were really damp. There was obviously a serious damp problem in the room. The bed was otherwise comfortable, and we slept. At 6am I awoke to the loudest music I have ever heard. The bass was literally shaking the room so much that the wall was shaking and coffee cups were clinking The hotel appeared to be testing their bass-heavy sound system, repeatedly. It was unbelievably loud and impossible to sleep. Breakfast was great. However, I have a gluten intolerance and always am careful to check on ingredients and almost never get ill. However, either a label was wrong or someone misinformed me and I ended up with an upset stomach. With 3 major things, one extremely serious, I decided I had to mention these at checkout. I wasn't at all well and had a very upset stomach. The hotel took it almost comically seriously. They kept saying how sorry they were, promised nobody would stay in room 421 until they'd mended the damp, offered us a room to freshen up after our trip into town then the chef appeared offering to make me sandwiches! We were going into town to a temple before coming back and moving on to another town. I explained we were getting an Uber and the one thing they could do was help me with a drop address where I'd be able to get a drink etc as I wasn't feeling well. They said, no, we'll get you a car we're so sorry, please let us get you a car.
