The staff were friendly, professional and accommodating, going out of their way to provide our family with a room 6 hours before check in so that we could change and prepare for a lunchtime event. The rooms were clean, well-appointed and comfortable.

The property was okay but I expected more.
What I liked about it is the reception - the staff was very friendly, the foyer is beautiful and even the guests were friendly so I felt welcomed.
My room did not have a chair.
The TV had limited channels and was not a smart TV so I could not even stream YouTube for music.
The balcony door was broken so it was not closing properly.
The hotel offer 2 Ricoffy sachets + 2 teabags. Basically a very stingy offering for a hotel in its location. There was not even water offered so I had to go and buy my own water and coffee at the garage despite having specified that I made a 2 guest booking.
Last, the bathroom switch was a bit faulty where we could switch it on at some point.
