The hotel is wonderfully located, with excellent service, a very comfortable bed, and a delicious breakfast. The restaurant staff are highly professional. I definitely recommend this hotel.

At check-in, we were assisted by an unprofessional receptionist. She was not aware of the conditions included in our booking: a room with late check-out, a welcome glass of wine, and a snack. When I explained this and showed her the relevant information on the booking page, her attitude was disrespectful. It felt as though providing the services that were already included in our reservation was some kind of favor to us as guests. I have never experienced anything like this before. Fortunately, the restaurant staff handled the situation very professionally and helped turn the experience around.

Location was great. The rooms were very clean. The reception service check in was great. Very polite and friendly staff. Would definitely visit again this hotel

Perfect stay while in Poznań for IRONMAN 70.3. Great location and rooms. Staff were a pleasure to deal with - flexible and accommodating. Everything you could want from a city hotel.

Restaurant often closed to guests to host a large group. No alternatives offered to guests forcing you to walk the streets to find something when you just wanted something quick and convenient. English language skills good at front desks but mixed in restaurant at Breakfast and Dinner
