The location close to the mall

I really like the location of the hotel. It was very convenient as it was next to Multiplaza Mall. The staff of the hotel were wonderful especially Angelo who helped with printing some documents for our event (which was free of charge).
I think the hotel needs to fix its website. When my office booked the hotel it was under the impression that breakfast was included in the price. Furthermore, the final price of my stay in the hotel was totally different from that of my colleague.

The location and staff were fantastic. All of the staff we met were very helpful, friendly and well trained.
The hotel bedroom was very dated, tired, and had carpet which was smelly. Very drab decor.
