Glaner Hotel Cafe

Great location

Hardly saw the staff and during the heat the room was very warm and the window in the single room was inward facing which didn’t help. Fab was not sufficient in this summers high temperatures.

Awesome location right in the city center and not far from the main station. WiFi was good!

No water boiler in the room and no A/C There is only a fan above the bed

Siempre venimos a este mismo hotel, tiene todo lo que necesitamos, comodo y limpio. Araceli la recepcionista fue super amable y muy atenta, aunque todos siempre nos tratan fenomenal.

The hotel is located on the main pedestrian street of the capital, which makes the stay very convenient, with easy access to tourist sites, cafés, restaurants, and shopping centers. The room was of a normal size and was clean. Self check-in was straightforward and easy.

The insulation is a major issue at this hotel, as you can hear everything from the room. Moreover, the room is quite dark because the window is small and all rooms face the interior of the building. The staff is rather unavailable, as one person has to manage both the café and the reception. Our stay did not include breakfast, which I believe should always be offered, especially considering that the café was usually empty. The room lacked basic amenities such as a kettle, minibar, or even a hairdryer. A hairdryer can be borrowed from reception, but the one provided was of very poor quality.
