Everything. Start from the check in process, very smooth, staff are very nice. Room was spacious and clean. It's warm (literally means warm, which very important for me as it was winter and I can't stand cold) and full of amenities. The view from our room was excellent. Breakfast was incredible, we could find anything we want and everything tasted good. Location is easy to get around (since we didn't drive, bus was easy to find and very close to the bus stop) and really close to the lift/cable car to the top of the slope as well, so it was perfect for us. Hotel facilities are complete (pool, sauna, massage, billiards, restaurant, pizzeria, ski storage room, etc). Christmas' Eve special dinner was the best! Best menu, all tasted very good and I can see they put so much effort and love into it, good entertainment especially the big Polar Bear! And the best are the staff, from the receptionist, cleaning service, to the restaurant staff : they are all AMAZING! Super friendly, not only because "we are the guest" but they truly are kind hearted. Thank you for your hospitality that made our Christmas time unforgettable <3

Great location right under the Gavia Pass, worth visiting in early morning hours.

The room had locked kitchen counter (you need a key to get access to kitchen), so it was impossible to even make a tea in this 4* hotel. The property adverts it has free parking on site, but there are only 6 "free" outside parking places, the parking in garage is 6e per motorbike per night, so it isn't free parking. Instead we paid 18 eur for 3 bikes that can squeeze into 1 parking place...
