The Host of the hotel was able to answer all of our questions and provided us with many suggestions on places, beaches and local restaurants to visit. Our room was also cleaned daily.

We had the most amazing stay at the Fikas hotel! The staff could not have been more friendly and welcoming (the cats included). Our room was just perfect for a 4-5 night stay, with a lovely balcony and ample space. The pool was absolutely fantastic, so lovely to lounge around and have a dip. The place was perfectly kept clean and everything was up to standard.
It was very close to the beach which was great, and only a short walk to the nearest supermarket.
What an incredible place, I would highly recommend!

The room was nice enough. Clean, comfortable, and it had a balcony.
Slightly on the outskirts of town but still close enough to walk within 15 minutes.
We stayed for three nights. For 2 of the 3 we didn't have hot water, including the night we arrived, meaning that after spending all day travelling we couldn't shower and had to get in bed dirty.
This is one of those fundamental things that supersedes other nice touches such as the prompt turndown service, free shampoo, etc.
They also still charged us for breakfast, knowing full well that we hadn't been able to shower. Strictly speaking, they didn't have to comp us, but it would have been a nice way to show they had any sympathy.

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful hotel, Toula was so welcoming. Our room was very spacious & comfortable. We enjoyed a delicious Buffett breakfast daily & enjoyed the pool area.
It was a 12 min walk to the beach & 25 min walk to Naxos Port & old town.
There is a bus stop 5 mins away, you can purchase bus tickets from the bakery near the bus stop. This bus will take you to Naxos old town or in the other direction to the sandy beaches 15 mins out of Naxos.
The bathroom was dated & small.
