Breakfast was epic! Lots of variety, high quality, many choices on local foods, freshly squeezed orange juice. It was the best breakfast I have ever had in anynhotel

Clean and comfortable

An absolute superb property! The staff were pleasant and helpful. The accommodations modern and very clean. The breakfast was ample and provided a great start to the day. The location was perfect to explore the city.

The rooms are very small. There isn’t enough space to put your luggage or even go around the room. The shower door did not close properly so water leaked out of the shower. In the middle of the night there was water leaking from the ceiling. The dripping noise and the water on the floor was annoying. This was some water coming from the ac. We had to switch off the ac in the middle of the night. It was hot and unbearable. It wasn’t just an accident as when the staff came to fix it in the morning, they opened the soffit ceiling and there was a sort of bowl which was there to fill the water which was full. That’s why the water was leaking and dripping. So the hotel had known about the leaking water from before and instead of solving the problem they put a bowl. They managed to ruin our night’s sleep. I don’t expect these things to happen in a 4* hotel. The manager offered us a 10% discount which doesn’t compensate for ruining our night. We had 2 rooms booked.
